YOUR SKIN NEEDS FEWER PRODUCTS THAN YOU THINK.
Free AI skin analysis · From a selfie · No sign-up · 25 per-zone scores
Every extra active is another chance for two to clash. Skinzy scores five zones of your face, then builds the shortest routine that covers what it finds: four steps or fewer, ingredients not brands. No sponsors, and your selfie is deleted once scored. Retake the photo tomorrow and get the same routine, not a different one because the light changed — and we understand beards, correctly.

Skinzy replaces the ad, not the doctor.
An oily T-zone, the odd breakout, dry cheeks: everyday skin like this usually gets whatever an ad or an influencer recommends. Skinzy does that job instead — a read of your own skin and a routine of four steps or fewer, built from over-the-counter ingredients, never brands. Prescription-strength ingredients such as tretinoin and hydroquinone are never put into your routine. They need a dermatologist.
AI skin analysis vs a dermatologist: what each is forSee a dermatologist, not an app, for:
- Painful or cystic acne
- Acne that is leaving scars
- A mole or spot that is changing
- A rash or redness that will not settle
- Anything that appeared suddenly
- Skincare during pregnancy
THE TRUTH SCAN
Our engine maps 450+ unique landmark points on your face, and more, then five real zones — not a grid guessed from the frame — get scored individually.
T-Zone (Forehead & Nose)
BalancedProne to excess oil & shine
Under Eye
Hydrated & HealthyMonitors hydration & fine lines
Left Cheek
BalancedMonitors dryness & sensitivity
Right Cheek
BalancedMonitors dryness & sensitivity
Chin & Jawline
BalancedProne to hormonal breakouts
These are the cards a scan returns, drawn by the same code. Only the numbers are made up. Breakouts and oiliness read “not applicable” under the eyes because the engine doesn’t score them there, and your result will say so too.
THE REALITY CHECK.
A confidence score comes with every read — built to say "we're not sure" rather than hand you a routine from an unreliable photo.
Sample figure — yours is calculated from your own photo, every time.

Five axes scored per zone, matched against a database of ingredients tagged by what they actually address.
THE SOLUTION.
Ranked ingredients, an AM/PM routine, and a phased 12-week plan — not a guess.
Illustrative only — your actual protocol is generated from your scan. Browse the full ingredient guide.
THE RITUAL.
Consistency is the only metric that matters. Follow these non-negotiables between scans.
ZERO CONTACT
Stop touching your face. Your hands are a breeding ground for bacteria. Every touch resets your progress.
SURFACE RESET
Change your pillowcases every 48 hours. You spend 8 hours a day building up surface residue. Don’t sleep in your own slop.
INTERNAL FUEL
Hydration isn’t just a serum. Drink water consistently. The engine needs clean fuel to run effectively.
Questions
Who founded Skinzy?
useskinzy.app (Skinzy) is an AI skin-analysis web app founded in 2026 by Yash Ghansham Thakare, an independent developer who builds and operates it solely.
Is Skinzy actually free?
Yes — unlimited scans, all five zone scores, and a first look at your routine and top ingredient match are free forever. Skinzy Plus unlocks your full AM/PM routine, every matched ingredient, the full 12-week plan and 52-week trends. Your plan does not stop at week 4, so neither does your access: Plus is sold by the year or for life, never by the month, and never auto-renews.
Is Skinzy a replacement for a dermatologist?
No. Skinzy is a cosmetic skin-analysis tool for everyday skin — oiliness, dryness, the odd breakout and uneven tone — and it suggests over-the-counter ingredients for it. It does not diagnose anything, and prescription-strength ingredients such as tretinoin and hydroquinone are never put into your routine. See a dermatologist for: painful or cystic acne; acne that is leaving scars; a mole or spot that is changing; a rash or redness that will not settle; anything that appeared suddenly; skincare during pregnancy.
How is this different from a "what's your skin type" quiz?
A quiz asks you to guess. Skinzy scores five zones of your face — T-zone, both cheeks, chin, and under-eye — from an actual photo across oiliness, dryness, acne, pigmentation, and sensitivity, so it can tell you your T-zone is oily while your cheeks are dry instead of forcing your whole face into one category.
Is my selfie stored?
No. Your photo is processed and discarded — only the resulting scores and recommendations are saved to your account. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail.
Does it work across skin tones?
Not equally well yet. Pigmentation is judged against each face's own surrounding skin rather than a guessed skin tone, but it still under-counts small dark spots on deeper skin tones, and we have tested on too few deeper skin tones to claim more. See How It Works for the honest limitation.
